BBT&T is a minority owned and operated business in
Beverly Hills, California since 1981 providing various
clerical, medical transcription and staffing services to a
variety of different clientele throughout the California area.
We have had employees who have been with the company
since its inception, a few who have recently retired. We
have had the same Director of Operations for the past 20
years as well as various employees who have been with the
company for over ten years.
Our staff has the capability to train with understanding
and patience for those people in a new environment giving
them the encouragement, motivation and praise, which we
have found yields more productivity. Our staff feels as
though they are wanted and appreciated.
